Alice Schomburg, 101, of Latimer, went to her heavenly home on May 25, 2023, after a short stay at the Franklin Country View Nursing Home in Hampton. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Latimer. Visitation will be 1 hour before the service at the church. Burial will be at the church cemetery. Memorials may be directed to St. Paul Lutheran Church in her memory.

Michael Duane Ander-sen, 75, of Hampton, passed away at his home May 23, 2023. Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday May 26, at the Hampton Place photo Cemetery.
Mike was born February 10, 1948, in Hampton to Duane and Leela Andersen. He graduated from Hamp-ton High School and served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War.

Troy Buchanan, 57, passed unexpectedly on February 20, 2023. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Hampton. Following the service, there will be a reception at the Hampton Country Club beginning at 11:30 a.m. Also for anyone interested, we will be playing golf at 2 p.m. in Troy’s honor. Bonnie Henrich, 88, formerly of Iowa Falls, passed away on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. A private family service will be held at St. Mark Catholic Church in Iowa Falls. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Karla Hoffman, 83, of Iowa Falls, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at her home in Iowa Falls. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. on Monday, May 22, 2023 at the First United Methodist Church in Iowa Falls. A time of fellowship following the service will take place before a private family burial in Union Cemetery.

Terry Murphy, 67, of Hampton, passed away Monday, May 15, 2023, at his home. Public visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 19, 2023, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Hampton. A private funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the church. Burial will take place in the Hampton Cemetery.  Patsy Lee (Hummel) Booth, 87, of Hampton, Iowa passed away May 8, 2023, at Franklin General Hospital.
A memorial service will be held in Fairfield, Iowa, Saturday, May 20, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Behner Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Inurnment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Fairfield.

Ruth Jane Muller, age 86, of Hampton, IA, passed away in the early morning hours of Saturday, April 29, 2023. Born in Grundy Center, IA, the youngest of four children to Henry and Anna Luiken, Ruth spent her young life growing up on the farm. She attended country school through the fifth grade and graduated from Grundy Center High school.

Richard "Rick" Collins passed away peacefully, surrounded by family that adored him, on Wednesday, April 26th at MercyOne in Mason City, Iowa. He was born June 5, 1947 in Dumont, Iowa, the son of Haldon and Ollie (Kriens) Collins. In the summer of 1984, Rick came to know Jesus as his Savior. He was baptized alongside his granddaughter, Tara in the summer of 2007 in Iowa Falls.

Colleen “Coke” M. Humburg, 91, of Hampton, passed away Monday, May 1, 2023, at the Sheffield Care Center.
