Hansell Fire Dept. to Host Soup Supper Nov. 26

The Hansell Fire Department has announced that they'll be holding their first soup supper of the season this Wednesday, Nov. 26.

Proceeds from the free-will donation meal will go towards building their new station, which they’ve already begun working on.

The supper will be held at Hansell Community Center from 5 to 7 p.m.

On the menu for Wednesday night: chili, chicken noodle, vegetable beef and cheddar broccoli, along with grilled cheese sandwiches and desserts.

Taylor Jones, who helps the fire department with fundraising, said they invite one and all to stop by for some good food and to help support their efforts.

“We’ve already begun work on the new station thanks to all the support we got last winter!” said Jones.
