The fourth suspect in the local grave markers case was arrested Thursday afternoon. According to Franklin County Sheriff Aaron Dodd, Josh Sellers was arrested Thursday afternoon in Cerro Gordo County. “There are local charges for him in Cerro Gordo and then he will be released to Franklin County on the warrants issued following the grave marker incident,” Dodd said. "We will have him in Franklin County later this evening." Two warrants had been issued for Joshua Sellers, 41, of Manly, on the charges of first degree theft and first degree criminal mischief on Feb. 4. The markers were taken from multiple rural and city cemeteries across Franklin County, with additional reports of missing markers in Butler, Floyd and Cerro Gordo counties. According to Dodd, the four thieves scrapped over 700 pounds of metal stolen from memorials, and netted only about $2,000. They targeted at least 15 cemeteries in Franklin County.
