Potential ABCM Corp Acquisition Moved to End of Month

ABCM Corp Lead Marketing Consultant Kara Koster just shared with the Chronicle that the company has yet to finalize any acquisitions. She said the potential date for the acquisition with Legacy Healthcare has been pushed back to the end of the month. Once the agreement is finalized, the company will share details with the public.

Last month, ABCM Corp sent a letter out to those affected by their services stating the following:  “We recently informed our employees at ABCM that there has been a filing with the department of health expressing our intent to transfer the operations of our center to affiliates of Legacy Healthcare. Periodically, we evaluate how individual operations or service lines fit our long-term strategic plan, and that evaluation, combined with Legacy’s strong interest in operating our center, led us to this decision.
