Vivian Fisher, 87, of Steamboat Rock, passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at Grand JiVante in Ackley. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at St. Peter’s Country Church in rural Wellsburg with burial in East Friesland Cemetery. Visitation will be an hour before the service. Funeral arrangements are under the guidance of the Sietsema Funeral Home in Ackley.
