HAMPTON – Andy Bruemmer submitted his resignation as the head coach of the Bulldogs in mid-December and it was recently approved by the Hampton-Dumont school board.
When reached for comment, Bruemmer, who guided the Bulldogs for the past two seasons, said it was just something he decided to do.
“Different things,” Bruemmer said for his reason to leave the team. “I thought it best for the program. The kids were great and they will be fine – great.”
