Wellness Center Launches Water Aerobics

Did you know the Franklin Wellness Center started a water aerobics class for children in November?

The group is led by lifeguard Jade Johnson, who's worked at the Wellness Center for the last couple of years, as a way to get kids moving in the water.

"I saw how much the adults enjoyed the water aerobics, so I figured the kids would love it, too," said Johnson. "It gives them a way to bond and have fun and get active!"

The group meets every Tuesday and Thursday evening, from 6 to 6:30 p.m. and they are always looking for new members.

There is a $20 monthly fee to participate in the class, and you don't need to be a member of the center to join.
