Franklin REC Announces Lighted Float Winners

Franklin REC is pleased to announce the winners of its 2025 Light Up the Night lighted float contest. First place went to St. Paul’s Lutheran School, Latimer, and second place to First Bank Hampton.

Although challenging weather limited opportunities to see the floats in person, Franklin REC wanted to ensure the hard work and creativity of participating businesses, organizations, and individuals were recognized. To do this, the cooperative hosted online voting via Facebook, allowing the public to view the floats and vote for their favorites.

Franklin REC thanks all participants and voters for helping bring holiday cheer to the community.
