Frank is proceeded by his father Frank “Lester” Thomas, his mother Ethel Thomas, his wife Nancy Thomas, his brothers David & Douglas Thomas. Is survived by his son Ian Thomas, twin daughters Samantha Varney & Kelli Thomas, and his grandchildren John Varney III, Samantha Jo Rodriguez and Kathryn Varney.
