H-D wins Class 2A district road contest against South Hardin

ELDORA – Hampton-Dumont boys’ basketball won its third straight game and cleared its Class 2A district opening hurdle with a 65-50 road win at South Hardin High School.
Coleton Barz recorded his seventh double-double of the season with 23 points and 12 rebounds, adding eight assists and five steals to lead coach Heath Walton’s Bulldogs to victory.
Dayton Gooder added 13 points, six assists, five steals and four boards as H-D improved to 8-11 overall.
