West Fork holds off H-D to win Franklin County Triangular again

SHEFFIELD – Even though this one was closer than in years previous, West Fork remained in control of the Franklin County volleyball triangular trophy for the ninth straight year.
Hampton-Dumont gave the Warhawks a run, but the home team emerged with the 25-20, 25-23 victory to go 2-0 on Monday, Aug. 24 at Sheffield.
This was after West Fork opened with a 25-7, 25-8 win over CAL. H-D went 1-1 at the tri, defeating the Cadets 25-10, 25-12.
