Youth learning soccer skills at camp

HAMPTON – Nearly 40 youth from the area took part in the second Challenger Sports British Soccer camp held at Hampton’s East Park last week.
Youth age 3-16 were eligible to take part with the oldest being 14 from Hampton. The youngest participant was a week away from his third birthday.
Three camp instructors, Kelly Thomas and Tania Wylde, both of Wales, and Alistair Woods of Ireland, ran kids through drills from 9 a.m. to Noon every day.
