William Dougan

William "Bill" Dougan, 73, of Iowa Falls, died on Saturday, April 5, 2014, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, April 11, at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Iowa Falls with burial in the Northlawn Memory Gardens, Iowa Falls. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, at the Surls Funeral Home in Iowa Falls.
