West Fork pitcher emerges to waiting team; hits first homer

CLARKSVILLE – No matter that the Warhawks’ starting pitcher Ahna Larson had to be found with both teams waiting to start the second game of the Clarksville tournament, coach Kaci Larson’s team made a statement.
Ahna Larson punctuated her pitching with the first home run of her career as the Warhawks went 2-0 on Saturday, June 6, a 5-0 win against the host school and 8-4 against the Royals.
First, she had to come running into the game when the second game was ready to begin.
