Virginia Eustice Neubauer, 85, of Hampton, Iowa, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2016, at the Franklin Country View Nursing Facility in Hampton, Iowa. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, March 18, 2016, at the Hampton United Methodist Church in Hampton, with Pastor David Wagner officiating. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, March 17, 2016, at the Sietsema Vogel Funeral Home in Hampton. Burial will take place in the Hampton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Hampton Senior Center or to Hospice of North Iowa.
