Two juveniles injured in Wednesday evening tractor roll over

Two juveniles were injured in a Wednesday evening tractor roll over in southern Franklin County.
According to a press release from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, at approximately 6:18 p.m., deputies received a report of a tractor rollover with injuries in the 1600 block of 40th St.
Upon arrival, it was discovered that juveniles were driving a tractor back to the farmhouse when they lost control, causing the tractor to tip on its side. One of the minors was flown to Blank Children’s Hospital in Des Moines where he was treated with non-life threatening injuries. The second male was driven by private vehicle to the Hansen Family Hospital in Iowa Falls where he was treated and released. The incident remains under investigation.
