Teggatz returns to state field

GARNER – A year removed from just missing the Class 2A state cross country cut, elation for Hampton-Dumont junior Patty Teggatz.
Teggatz, who ran and finished 50th at the state meet as a freshman, crossed the finish line at the state qualifier at Garner on Thursday, Oct. 20 in seventh place to reclaim a spot in the state meet.
And she did so at 20 minutes, 26.22 seconds to crush her career-best time by 22 seconds...
