Stephanie J. Velasquez, 47, of Hampton, passed away Saturday, November 7, 2015, at her home in Hampton, Iowa.
Visitation will be held Thursday, (Nov. 12) from 4-8 p.m. at the Sietsema Vogel Funeral Home in Hampton, Iowa. Private services will be held at a later date.
In Lieu of flowers memorial may be directed toward the family.
