Construction on the final addition to the Hampton Industrial Park will be complete before snow starts flying later this fall if everything goes according to plan.

Workers recently started putting the roof on Spec 4, a new 30,000 square foot facility located between Buresh Buildings and DMB Supply in the industrial park. Construction started in the spring but was hampered by multiple weather delays throughout the summer. Once it’s finished, Franklin County Development Association (FCDA) will start marketing the building and hopefully sell it to an interested business within a short timeframe.

Two Franklin County companies are providing the primary oversight and materials for Spec 4. Buresh Buildings is the main contractor for the project, while Sukup Manufacturing is supplying the structural steel, secondary iron and exterior metal siding.
