Sicard goes out in All-Star game

WAUKEE – Even though it didn’t go down as a win, Ashley Sicard’s final game at the Senior All-Star games at Waukee High School on Monday, July 27 will go down as a good experience.
“It was pretty good,” Sicard said of playing in the two games – one a Blue Team 2-1 win over the White Team. “I was really nervous for some odd reason.”
Sicard was held hitless in the two games, but made contact against some of the elite pitchers of the state.
