Rotary thanks community for fireworks support

To the editor:
I would like to thank everyone for joining us on July 3 at the fairgrounds for the fireworks show, which was sponsored by the Hampton Rotary Club and the Greater Franklin County Chamber of Commerce. The goal was to bring the community together for an evening of fun and fellowship. Despite some unfavorable weather earlier in the day, I was thrilled to see a huge turnout in the stands and in the parking lot.
I would especially like to thank all our wonderful sponsors, friends and neighbors for the generous donations to support the fireworks. Because of such great support, we were able to put on an even bigger show this year compared to last year. Thank you!
We are looking forward to another great show next year.
