Rec Complex Steering Committee

“This evening the city council is anticipated to create a steering committee and determine what the structure and duties of the committee will be. However, given the high number of individuals that have shown interest in serving, they will not make committee appointments until the October 25th meeting.
We are pleased with the response from community members willing to assist in planning for a new complex in Hampton. Which means we have many more volunteers than we will have places for on a steering committee. This has led us to consider establishing sub-committees for a more efficient planning process. The City thanks you for your eagerness to serve.”
