North Butler wins West Fork girls tri

SHEFFIELD – Laura Kreimeyer of North Butler was the meet medalist runner-up in a tiebreak after finishing with Central Springs’ Kara Axdahl at 54 as the Bearcats edged the Panthers by a stroke in the West Fork girls triangular at Ridge Stone Golf Course.
Coach Todd Thompson’s team won by a single stroke, 239-240 and the host team finished third at 246, with a low round of 55 from Grace Shreckengost on a cold and windy Thursday, April 20.
