HAMPTON – Another night in the North Central Conference, another ranked team the Hampton-Dumont volleyball team must face.

This time, the No. 9 (Class 4A) Webster City Lynx rolled in with a 25-14, 25-9, 25-13 conference match win against the Bulldogs on Thursday, Oct. 10 to spoil their Senior Night.

“We definitely have our conference as a hard one to get through when I think four of them are ranked,” H-D coach Cinda Barz said. “We had to play three of them at home; the girls are staying with the ball, playing quick, with what we’ve practiced doing – they are doing a good job; we just can’t answer back to the size and specialties that they bring to us.”
