A prime piece of new real estate has hit the market in the Hampton Industrial Park.
Spec 4, Franklin County Development Association’s fourth and final speculative building, was completed recently and is now for sale. The building is a “bare bones” facility that will allow a new company to tailor-fit the interior to its specific needs. Spec 4 is 30,000 square feet and expandable to around 70,000 square feet.
FCDA Director Karen Mitchell was excited about the news and looked forward to marketing the building to prospective companies. An ideal candidate would be established in the manufacturing industry, use sophisticated equipment and be capable of employing up to 45-50 people.
