A new boutique in Hamp-ton has a commendable mission at its heart.
Amanda Simons and Tiffany Stanbrough last Friday celebrated the grand opening of Sunflower and Stardust Boutique at 507 First St. NW in Hampton. The store specializes in clothing, jewelry, bags, accessories and children's clothes.
“We’re shopaholics our-selves, so we wanted to bring the same kind of clothes we buy to people cheaper than that,” Simons said.
Simons and Stanbrough first opened the boutique last year as an online shop but decided to offer a physical location so shoppers can stop in and see and try on items before purchasing. Hours at the location are 5 to 8 p.m., on Fridays and by appointment on the weekend. The Facebook page will also have some additional hours listed from time to time.
