Marlis Jean Nielsen, 93, of Cedar Falls, formerly of Aplington, Waverly, Hampton, Parkersburg and Dumont, passed away on Monday, September 3, 2018, in Hospice care at New Aldaya Lifescapes in Cedar falls.Funeral Services will be held 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 8, 2018, at Heritage United Methodist Church in Waverly with Pastor Rick Burns and Pastor Bob Holdorf officiating. Burial will follow in the Dumont Cemetery in Dumont. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until service time at the church.
