Lynx make nine three-pointers to rout Bulldogs

HAMPTON – Webster City used its staple ball movement to nail nine three-pointers on its way to a 75-45 win over Hampton-Dumont’s boys’ basketball team on Friday night.
The Bulldogs fell to 1-10 overall, 0-7 in the North Central Conference.
“Every year, one of the things they do so well is they have kids who come in who are going to be shooters,” H-D coach Heath Walton said. “And they move the ball so well that it never sticks. We have too many times where we are waiting, wondering what to do and they don’t, they just move the ball and force the defense to move..."
