Lori Ann Heyden

Lori Ann Heyden, 57, of Hampton, died on Sunday, December 22, 2013, at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital in Lincoln, Neb.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 28, at the St. John’s Lutheran Church in rural Hampton, with Pastor David Bernhardt officiating.  Burial will take place at a later date at the St. John’s Lutheran Church Cemetery in rural Hampton. In lieu of flowers memorial may be directed to the family for future disbursement.

The Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home of Hampton is in charge of arrangements.
