Lions live up to their pre-season ranking

CLEAR LAKE – The Clear Lake girls’ basketball team was out to show it is more than deserving of its pre-season Class 3A No. 2 ranking by the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union with a 62-30 rout of West Fork on Tuesday, Nov. 27.

Already a big winner over Charles City last week, the Lions ran out to a 19-4 first quarter lead and never looked back.
