Congratulates those who work hard to support themselves

To the editor:

I'm writing to recognize a group of people that are overlooked.

We have all read about or heard about the abuse of food stamps or welfare by people taking advantage of the system.

We all read about or heard about the abuse of food stamps or welfare by people taking advantage of the system.

True, lots of people couldn't make it without these programs, but, we all know there are lots of people who abuse the system.

I'm writing in support of those who are working or sometimes more jobs to make a go of it.

I know of two young women who are doing exactly that.

Im sure we all know people like these two fine ladies that could try to take advantage of the system, but, instead, do their best to work.

Next time you see one of these people who are willing to work multiple jobs to make ends meet, shake their hand or give them a hug.

They deserve it!
