Latimer Golf Club restaurant opens under new management

     Guests at the Latimer Golf Club will find new dining options when they head into the clubhouse this season after a long day on the course.
     Mike and Kathy Jorgensen, of rural Coulter, took over operation of the restaurant and bar this month. The couple has previous experience in the restaurant industry, but they’ve never had their own place before.
     “I’ve cooked and she’s waitressed and bartended, but we’re both new to running a restaurant,” said Mike. “It’s been a learning experience so far.”
     The Jorgensens decided to jump on board with the idea a month ago. Since then, they’ve been busy lining up vendors, getting licensed and prepping the restaurant for the upcoming golfing season.
