Kiwanis sends two kids to camp

Two lucky area sixth graders got to travel in style on Sunday as they departed Hampton for a week of camping.
Every year the Hampton Kiwanis Club, at the recommendation of teachers and school administrators, selects two well behaved students to be granted the opportunity to spend some time at a vacation camp in Boone.
This year, Gabriella Kramer and Jaycob Husted were the deserving kids. On Sunday, the kids packed their things up for a week of outdoor activities.
