Jan Mayer

Janet Mae “Jan” Mayer, 73, of Waukee, died on Friday, November 8, 2013, at the Taylor House (Hospice) in Des Moines. 

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at Faith Baptist Church in Hampton, with Pastor David Koenigsberg officiating. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., on Monday, November 11, at the Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home in Hampton.  Burial is in the Wayside Cemetery in Chapin.
