James Polzin, age 67 of Hubbard, IA, died on Friday, June 3, 2016 at Hospice of North Iowa in Mason City, Iowa. A memorial services for Jim will be on Friday, July 1, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at the Salem United Methodist Church in Hubbard. Pastor Rochelle Swenson will officiate. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family. Boeke Funeral Home of Hubbard is in charge of arrangements.
