Indians key on turnovers in opener

LATIMER – Forcing turnovers into points was the big key for Clarksville in its 62-19 season-opening road win over CAL on Tuesday, Nov. 22.
The Indians came up with 27 steals, more than half converted into baskets or points from the free throw line as they opened 1-0, 1-0 in the Iowa Star North.
“That is one thing with this group that we really spent a lot of time talking with them, pushing is that we want to get the ball up the floor, we want to force the other team into throwing it away or turning it over so we could get out and run,” Clarksville coach Joe Huck said...
