IF-A/AGWSR’s Lippert wins at home meet

HAMPTON – The longer the distance the better for IF-A/AGWSR’s Bethany Lippert.
In the first race of the season as Iowa high school girls cross country runners increased the distance from a 4K to 5K, it didn’t seem to faze the junior from Ackley.
“I guess it went well,” Lippert said. “At first I thought I was starting off too fast, maybe, but I don’t know, I did pretty good...."
