Happy Thanksgiving!

This week is going to be short & sweet and if I’m totally honest, it’s a reprise of the Thanksgiving post I wrote last year but guess what?!  It all still rings true, so I figured why not.  I’m going to go out on a limb and say that on behalf of everyone at Franklin County, we are thankful for you!  

We are thankful to everyone who recently participated in the City-School Election, both the voters & our poll workers and support teams.  

We are thankful for everyone who has camped at one our campgrounds, visited our parks, or rode on our bike trail.  

We are thankful for everyone who has donated to one of our programs.  

We are thankful for all the organizations who have awarded a grant to one of our departments for a special project.  

We are thankful for the clients & patients who have entrusted our Public Health & Home Care folks to help care for them.  

We are thankful for all the Veterans in Franklin county…for their service and for those who have allowed our Veterans Affairs to serve & aid.  

We are thankful for all our community partners.  

We are thankful for the land owners & residents who are the reason we are here.  

We are thankful for those who have made Franklin County their home.  

We are thankful for those who have chosen to visit Franklin County whether it be for the first time or 100^th time.  

Thank you to everyone who has a large or small part in Franklin County.  Happy Thanksgiving!
