H-D speech sends two to All-State

Two Hampton-Dumont stu-dents have earned the right to participate in the All-State Individual Speech Festival later this month.
Jacob Foster was chosen for his musical theater piece while Sarah Buseman earned the honor for her literary pro-gram performance.
The two will perform their acts at the All-State Festival on March 26 on the Universi-ty of Northern Iowa campus.
On performing at the All-State Festival, Foster said he's excited to be able to con-tinue to share his piece, which he described as fun and silly, to friends, family and even strangers.
