H-D pulls out victory despite depleted line-up

ELDORA – After both of its senior running backs left the game with knee injuries, Hampton-Dumont’s football team still found a way against South Hardin on Friday, Sept. 11.

Isaiah Noelck, who scored two touchdowns, the last of which proved to fell him, helped put the Bulldogs up 14-0 early and coach Jerry Shafrath’s team had to rally back against the Tigers to improve to 2-1 in a 20-18 win.

“(Injuries have) kind of been some problems for us,” Shafrath said....
