H-D golfer plays out different situation in home tri

HAMPTON – When Nic Vetter had a youth golfer hit his ball while playing in the Hampton-Dumont boys golf triangular, he played things the right way on Tuesday, April 22.

H-D head coach Jane Hoegh explained the situation as something that happens, but not frequently.

“Players who were not in the meet, a dad and his son were going down (No.) 1 and the little boy hit Nic’s ball and, therefore, Nic’s ball was moved,” Hoegh explained....
