Grundy Center blanks H-D tennis

HAMPTON – In spite of long rallies and taking games to deuce, Hampton-Dumont’s boys’ tennis team couldn’t pull out a win against Grundy Center on Monday, April 8 at Progress Park.
There were a lot of competitive matches and though Cole Walker at No. 3 singles started slow, he rallied, only to fall short of the Spartans’ Dane Zinkula, 8-6.
