HAMPTON - About 80 Hampton-Dumont alumnus showed up at the H-D High School gym Saturday night to battle in basketball and against cancer and brought a large crowd to support them.

This year, one of the event coordinators, Mike Holm, chose to use the entry fee for this tournament to go toward the annual Coaches vs. Cancer game held between H-D and West Fork teams.

And 10 teams competed to help the cause.

"We got as many people as we could and put it out there (on Facebook)," Holm said. "Last year we had 30 people, this year, we have close to 80 people with 10 teams, so it's really grown."
