In front of former state teams, H-D beats previous unbeaten Algona

HAMPTON – It was a lot to live up to.

The Hampton-Dumont boys basketball team was honoring its four teams to make appearances at the state tournament on Friday, Dec. 19.

So, H-D gave a performance worthy of a state tournament team, beating formerly undefeated Algona, 68-50.
