Nora Springs- Francis "Frank" Weiner, 87, of Nora Springs, passed away Thursday (February 4, 2016) at home in Nora Springs. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday, (February 8, 2016) at Holy Name Catholic Church, 507 1st Ave. N.W., Rockford, with Msgr. Walter Brunkan officiating. Burial will be in Rockford Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Sunday, (February 7, 2016) at Hogan Bremer Moore Colonial Chapels, 126 3rd Street NE, with a rosary beginning at 1:00 p.m., followed by a Scriptural Wake. Honoring Joe’s memory, memorial contributions can be directed to Opportunity Village, Clear Lake.
