CAL hangs with Saints

LATIMER – Even with less than a minute left in the third quarter, the CAL boys basketball team was within reach of visiting St. Ansgar.
But the Saints used their length, size and numbers to wear down the Cadets in the end to post a 72-46 win on Thursday, Feb. 2.
“Even with the amount of kids they play, you can tell they play at least 10 kids and looking at their stats, they have close to 12 kids who score each game decent numbers,” CAL coach Austin Guerrero said. “That helps them having decent numbers that play regularly..."
