Cadets score most goals in program history

LATIMER – Scoring more goals in a match during the CAL/H-D/B-K girls soccer program’s history, that first win for the Cadets still remains elusive.
Coach Danielle Arana’s squad lost to Grand View Christian 5-3 on Tuesday, May 16 at Latimer, matching their season goal total so far and doubling the program’s most goals in a season.
Even so, Arana says there is work to be done after they had played GVC earlier in a 5-2 loss.
“It’s their first year,” Arana said of Grand View Christian. “We are an equal competitive team (with them). Often, we play teams that are a lot harder, so we got very excited about playing this team..."
