Bulldogs gain third win by seventh-inning rally

HAMPTON – Hampton-Dumont baseball coach Matt Lokenvitz doesn’t know what it is about his team and its ability to walk-off with a win at home.
The Bulldogs have done it enough, scoring their third of the season in just six home games, and for the second time this season sophomore second baseman Carson Miller has had the game-winning RBI, the latest in a 7-6 comeback victory over Iowa Falls-Alden on Monday, June 11.
And two of the three rallies were five-run innings, overcoming what seemed unsurmountable.
“I don’t know, because we don’t look very good in the first six when we do it,” Lokenvitz said....
