WEST UNION – Hampton-Dumont quarterback Coleton Barz didn’t pass much this season.
Compared to 2014’s record-setting season in which the Bulldogs set a new mark for touchdown receptions in a season by another, Barz claimed not only one, but two for himself and tied another against defending state champion North Fayette Valley.
Barz threw 19 times for 311 yards, both new Bulldog marks. He also tied Cole Miller’s mark of 30 pass attempts that Miller achieved against Estherville-Lincoln Central in 2014.
