Area track & field athletes fare well at final Wartburg Indoor

WAVERLY – Four was the key number for the Hampton-Dumont girls and boys track team members at the Wartburg Indoor held on Tuesday, March 14 at Waverly.
It was the third and final meet hosted by Wartburg College of the indoor season.
Both 55-meter dash runners who reached the finals for the Bulldogs finished in a tie for fourth as freshman Claire Wragge reached the girls final by winning the fourth prelim and Hunter Sutter tied for fourth with ISU football preferred walk-on Derek Greiner of Williamsburg in 7 seconds flat in the boys race.
